The 21-year-old winger Joe Cokanasiga of bath will make his England debut as head coach Eddie Jones makes sweeping changes.

Worcester flanker Ted Hill is a shock inclusion on the seat.
Fly-half George Ford captains the side on his cap, with Owen Farrell one of the replacements and Dylan Hartley.
Scrum-half Danny Care makes his first start while Jones has altered the whole front row with Exeter props Alec Hepburn and Harry Williams both sides of Saracens hooker Jamie George.
While Bath second row Charlie Ewels wins his ninth cap in place of the injured George Kruis jack Nowell moves indoors to play at outside centre.
Courtney Lawes comes in for Brad Shields at the rear row, as he’d off the seat in the defeat.
“This weekend is a great chance for us to examine the depth of the group,” Jones said.
England have have deliberately shortened their time together in the run-up into Saturday’s Evaluation in an effort to replicate the Japan 2019 schedule’s challenges.
“We have also tested ourselves in using a shorter preparation. We gave the players off after three weeks of intensive work. We’ve had a brief preparation but a fantastic preparation,” explained Jones.
England team to confront Japan:
