Versatile back Johnny Kotze will create his Ospreys debut.

South African Kotze joined from Super Rugby side Bulls on a three-month loan in October and begins at inside centre at the RDS Arena.

Fly-half Sam Davies will make his 100th appearance.

While back Hugo Keenan makes his first start flanker Scott Penny will create his Leinster debut.

Jack Kelly and jimmy O’Brien could make their debuts off the bench for Leinster.

Ospreys are without Owen Watkin, Aled Davies, Alun Wyn Jones, George North, Nicky Smith, Justin Tipuric and Adam Beard, who are on Wales duty.

“That is another significant challenge for us. Leinster away is among the toughest fixtures in European rugby, regardless of the period of year or the team selected,” Ospreys head coach Allen Clarke stated.
