Marco Silva has no doubt that the rivalry between Michael Keane, Yerry Mina and Kurt Zouma will make all three players even if it’s giving a headache to the Everton supervisor.
Mina and Keane have kept clean sheets and Silva admits he is torn between wanting the stability of a settled back four along with to provide all three opportunities.
“Zouma worked hard throughout the week. We have five, six months to play, a busy December and all them have their opportunity.
“I’ll see what will be my decisions. What we attained before Mina came into the starting XI with Kurt and Michael, and (Seamus) Coleman and Lucas (Digne) as well, that stability is actually important. They start to understand each other and they did really well.
“Last match our organisation was fantastic and also the back-line did really well, and Mina did and kept his position. I can change for several reasons. I like to get this problem. That means we’ve got quality and that I don’t have doubts.
“This rivalry between them will make them better players every day and we could develop as a club this way. ”
