West Ham have decided to cover almost £450,000 extra per season if the ability is increased to 66,000, to use London Stadium.

The figure has been revealed from West Ham and the stadium’s operators E20 to the London Meeting.

That letter summarized the detail of the’peace’ deal which has been consented by the two parties in November.

Before a court case, lasting up to six weeks, was place to get started, the bargain has been reached minutes.

Under the agreement, the capacity of London Stadium will rise to 60,000.

After months of arguing, the 2 parties, led by Hammers vice chairman Karren Brady and also E20 leader executive Lyn Garner, established a far relationship that was far more productive.

From the agreement’s detail, West Ham won’t pay any rent beyond their current £3m annual fee.

However, if the capacity is 60,000, West Ham can pay pound another & ;. They’d then pay a pound & further; 83,000 to select the capability to around and 62,500 & pound; 3 3 per chair.

In raising the capability, west Ham will cover some physical and licensing, planning advancement costs.

The team has to enable E20 understand by 1 June each year what they are interested in having the capability to be.

Brady and Garner say that they are”fully devoted to generating the London Stadium the gem in London’s crown” whilst the agreement was welcomed by Gareth Bacon, chairman of the London Assembly’s budget and performance committee.

He explained:”We’re pleased that peace has broken out between your London Stadium’s players.

“It made no sense for more taxpayers’ money to be wasted on economical costs to break the deadlock.”
