If Jared Gordon had been hoping to break from his New York roots, then he still couldn’t have picked a far better place than Milwaukee.

Born and raised from the Empire State, one has to speak to get a sense of his unique mixture of hard-earned life lessons and street toughness. His previous struggles with substance abuse are wellregistered and though hehis friends, his loved ones along with his coaches have put in plenty of work for him where he is today, a recent setback within the cage motivated him to make a mid-west movement and also take his career to another level.

The 30-year-old combined the Roufusport gym earlier this year after previously working with them to organize Paul Felder for a fight with Al Iaquinta that wound up falling through.

It’s turned into a gigantic shift for Gordon from a personal perspective, but the one he has adopted.

&when asked concerning the transition from New York to 24, rdquo; Gordon, & ldquo; Big life style differences told MMA Struggling. “I don&rsquo t even have to attend gym folks are a whole lot more joyful in Wisconsin. However, the transition was easy and it had been some thing which I needed it had been among the best decisions I & rsquo; ve designed for my own livelihood and so it was very simple for me. ”

He’s moved in with teammate Belal Muhammad, a Chicago native who first met Gordon when the 2 were at the UFC Athlete Retreat in Las Vegas this past year. He describes Muhammad & ldquo ldquo; amazing person & rdquo; and being an &;super generous”, which is evident in their frequent media exchanges that are social.
