The Welsh Rugby Union is place to mention the leading backroom staff of Wayne Pivac because of his reign.
Scarlets backs Glasgow Warriors forward coach Jonathan Humphreys and coach Stephen Jones have been tipped to combine after Warren Gatland steps down Pivac’s set up.
Gatland’s tenure finishes following the 20-19 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
Pivac is currently leaving the Wales role to be taken by Scarlets and Byron Hayward, their coach, could join him.
Former Fiji manager Pivac’s Wales contract runs until following the 20-23 World Cup.
Jones is a former Scarlets and Wales fly half who won 104 caps to also six more Test caps and his country .
The 41-year-old had playing stints in Wasps and Clermont Auvergne, before returning to Wales as Pivac’s backs coach in 28, at which his training career began.
Ex-Cardiff RFC player Humphreys, 49, is a former Wales hooker and captain, that also won 35 caps before proceeding in to a training career that has seen him benefit Scotland, Ospreys, Canada and latterly Glasgow.
