Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are fined £45,000 pound £50,000 respectively for failing to control their players at the north London derby on 2 December.

Both nightclubs admitted the Football Association charge.

A melee broke out later Eric Dier’s equaliser in 1-1 at the Premier League game which, Arsenal went on to win 4-2.

Dier put his hands into his mouth after observing and scoring Spurs players subsequently battled together with the home side’s substitutes.
