1 week after the Oakland Raiders declared general director Reggie McKenzie, they left the following significant training change that flew under the radar.

One of Gruden’s supervisor delivered the message to Shaw this week, based on sources — and like this, the man assigned to assist the Raiders using their size and speed was gone.

It was just last off season which Gruden enticed Shaw away from Tom Shaw Performance, by which he coached athletes in ESPN’s Wide World of Sports in Orlando. Shaw previously had worked using all the New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints on speed and conditioning.

Shaw’s hire was considered to be a progressive one, but it was not a one. This also is thought to be the fifth strength trainer that Gruden has fired throughout his period being a NFL head coach.
