Jackson is still signed for next season using a base salary of about $10 million, none that can be ensured, but sources told Anderson that Jackson wants a brand new start with a different team.

Sources told ESPN that Jackson needed a verbal exchange with coach Dirk Koetter over him not practicing with a hand injury in the week following a team’s success within the sanfrancisco 49ers in Week 12. Sources told ESPN’s Jenna Laine who Koetter was frustrated over what he perceived was a lack of effort from Jackson, who couldn’t exercise fully on account of the harm.

Quarter Back Jameis Winston and Jackson moved 3-of-8 against the 49ers. Then, Koetter arranged a meeting with the 2 in which they broke down film in a bid to”find common ground.”

Jackson missed the following three games and returned in Week 16 against the Dallas Cowboys, finishing with one reception for 24 metres.

Jackson’s bonded money is up after this season and it has long been believed he wont be attracted back next year due to his degree of frustration, and the development of Chris Godwin as being a No. 2 receiver.

Jackson is continuing to grow increasingly frustrated over his use in Koetter’s crime and lack of chemistry with Winston. Jackson had publicly advocated for Ryan Fitzpatrick to continue starting after Winston returned from suspension.

This season, Winston and Jackson have been 14-of-34 (41.2 percent, no drops) the best receiving percentage of all Bucs receivers, and one touchdown. With Fitzpatrick this calendar year, Jackson is currently 27-of-38 (71.1 percent) and three touchdowns.
