The upcoming UFC Fight Night card in Brooklyn took popular on Thursday because bantamweight slugger John Lineker was forced out of his struggle against Cory Sandhagen as a result of accident.
Sources near the situation confirmed Lineker had been forced to withdraw from the struggle, but there’s no word to the intensity of the accident that retained the Brazilian out of competing. AG Fight initially reported that the news headlines.
Lineker was originally scheduled to meet former bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz at UFC 233 earlier that series was cancelled. Cruz fundamentally dropped from this struggle as a result of shoulder surgery and Lineker was rebooked for the card at Brooklyn.
It seems he’ll need to wait even longer to book his next struggle while the UFC is trying to find a last minute substitute for handle Sandhagen at Brooklyn.
