Head coach Marcelo Bielsa is going to be”educated of the ethics and honesty” of both Leeds United later he admitted sending a staff member ‘spy’ on a Derby County work out.

Before Leeds’ 2-0 win over the Rams on Friday, Bielsa said he was responsible after a person was seen out the Rams’ training ground the previous day.

Derbyshire Police removed the guy no arrests were made.

The Football Association has said it is investigating this incident.

A Leeds statement said:”Following comments made by Marcelo Bielsa on Friday, the team will probably look to work with your head coach and his staff to remind them of the ethics and honesty which are the foundations which Leeds United is developed on.

“Our Agency Andrea Radrizzani has met with Derby County’s owner Mel Morris to formally apologise for Marcelo’s actions.”
