Even though Pacquiao would really like to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a rematch, it doesn’t appear that fight is potential. Pacquiao needs better resistance than that which heor even rsquo;s been facing in Broner and Lucas Matthysse. Neither of these guys had been competitive with him.

He’s not discussing the ‘R’ word yet in terms of retirement, but if Broner keeps losing and getting controversial draws including he’s been doing, his career will go belly up, whether he WIShes to admit it or not. At this time, Broner seems to be in denial about just how bad things are with his once promising career. Broner proceeded on a significant rant after his fight Pacquiao last Saturday night while still being interviewed by SHOWTIME’s Jim Gray. Broner did actually disconnected with reality that it was actually sad to observe how lost he was. If you remember Broner if he was in the height of his career back in 2012, it was sorrowful to realize how deteriorated he was yesterday against Pacquiao. The once proud, trash talking Broner has been reduced to arguing with Jim Gray after being asked simple questions after this fight.
