Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown allegedly pushed mom of his daughter to the ground on Jan. 17 at Hollywood, Florida, in accordance with a police incident report obtained by Andy Slater of 640 AM Miami.
The Hollywood Police Department on Tuesday acknowledged that Brown was involved in a domestic dispute last month, but has said it will not have further information and will not be commenting until it can. Brown wasn’t detained.
The circumstance is not in the database of the police department. Wednesday when reached, the records department said the situation is under review.
The incident took place when the girl asked to be reimbursed for the kid’s hair appointment and dropped off Brown’s daughter in his residence. According to the incident report, the girl put herself so his front door could not be closed by Brown and Brown shared with her she had to leave his dwelling. According to the girl, Brown used both hands to push against her to the ground.
The girl told authorities that her wrist was injured at the autumn. Authorities said that she showed them”that an abrasion using a few scabbing.”
The girl refused to finish a victim affidavit, based on authorities.
The NFL has affirmed that it’s looking into the episode.
He also said Brown could be seeking custody of his daughter because of the incident.
“Regrettably, the media alluded wrong doing for my client in a’domestic dispute’ when infact no wrong doing ever occurred on his role. The complainant, who’s the caretaker of Mr. Brown’s child, acknowledged that she refused to leave Mr. Brown’s property after getting asked and farther refused to leave the doorway of his personal residence. The complainant did not want to extend a statement or press charges, and also asked to retract her account after it was made,” Heitner stated.
“The media have to be held to a higher standard and may issue an apology for my client for damaging his reputation without cause and without full report within their own possession. The complainant involved my client’s minor child inside her coverage that was false, causing injury to a little child. Therefore, Antonio Brown’s family attorney, Jaclyn Soroka, Esq. will be filing an action with the Court today seeking full legal custody of his son “
Brown has five children — one daughter and four sons.
