Even the Washington Wizards have agreed to exchange forward Otto Porter Jr. To the Chicago Bulls for forwards Bobby Portis along with Jabari Parker, a team source confirmed to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The deal includes a 2023 pick to the Wizards, ” the source told ESPN.

He is making $26 million in 2013 and it is owed $27.25 million next season using a player option for 2020 21.
Portis will become a restricted free agent this summer.
The Bulls are trying to exchange Parker, who has a club option for next season worth $20 million.
The agreement includes one day following the Wizards announced celebrity point guard John Wall, already out for the season with a left heel injury, will miss all — or even all — of next season too well because he needs surgery on his left Achilles tendon.
The trade will provide significant cost savings to the Wizards, whose tax bill for this season will drop from $8.96 million to $3.34 million.
For 2019-20, Washington could get 89.5 million in guaranteed trades, a savings of $28 million.
The $20 million team option of parker has to be exercised by June 2-9. Portis is on an expiring contract, and also the Wizards could have until the end of June to make up a $3.6 million qualifying deal.
