— Prosecutors state Cincinnati Bengals running back Mark Walton is facing a marijuana possession charge in Florida.

Walton was detained within an battery charge after authorities say he got concerning his SUV into an argument with a bunch blocking a garage door entry.

The medication charge came Jan. 16 after authorities said they found marijuana and found medication in Walton’s SUV during a traffic stop at dade County.

The Herald reports prosecutors did not create the medication charge public until Monday. Rather than being imprisoned in that circumstance, the 21-year-old signed a document promising to come at court.

Walton posted bond and was released from jail after the arrest of Friday. Court records didn’t list a lawyer because of him.
