It’s less if anyone was questioning Paul Felder’s toughness. This is, afterall a guy who pushed through a broken arm to really go the distance at a loss to Mike Perry this past year.

But Felder added to his legacy on Sunday night at Phoenix, as he fought through a failed lung suffered late at his main-card bout against James Vick at Talking Stick Resort Arena and held on for the unanimous-decision success. MMA Fighting confirmed an initial Monday ESPN report on Felder’s harm.

Felder continued the injury at the next round using a strike to the ribs, and he is going to likely be held for per day for monitoring at a Phoenix hospital.

The person who seems fazed by the injury is Felder himself, who obtained for the first time and is 4-0 in his final four spells that are Light Weight:
