England goal keeper Carly Telford says winning the SheBelieves Cup would give a positive mentality to them.
The Lionesses will gain the tournament if they beat against Japan from Tampa on Tuesday, although the Asian nation – who are top on goal difference – would lift the trophy if they triumph.

Even the US could win the tournament if Japan and England draw and they overcome Brazil.
England, who finished third in 2015, are favourites to triumph this summer’s World Cup in France. The champions United States are the holders.
“That is what the Americans, Germany, France, the Dutch have got – that they know exactly what is needed to win. And that carries them.
“We have got to find a way to dealing with this level. And winning this cup would put us in good stead. We have got to produce a legacy,
