Philadelphia 76ers coach Brett Brown said Tuesday that allstar center Joel Embiid will not make the visit to Chicago for Wednesday’s match against the Bulls because of a sore left knee that’s cost him that the previous six games. But he said Embiid could join the Sixers for Friday’s match at the Houston Rockets.
“But I would be reckless to declare it official. In my opinion there’s a possibility that he may meet us in Houston.”
If the 24-year-old superstar joins along with the team in Texas, brown wouldn’t speculate on Embiid’s accessibility, or lack thereof, against the Rockets.
Embiid walked out Tuesday night in the Orlando Magic, also he’s not played since the allstar Game. Embiid failed an MRI which revealed no structural damage, also he is currently undergoing physical therapy
