Santiago Ponzinibbio has yet another target at the welterweight division.
The rising Argentine was calling out former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos for a couple months today , but the pro motion hasn’t left the struggle happen. Tired of waiting and anxious to return inside the Octagon, Ponzinibbio is now calling out Tyron Woodley, who recently lost his UFC welterweight belt into Kamaru Usman.
“He doesn’t even need this struggle. He never asked for it at the U.S.never left any noise to make it happen. He asked to it in Brazil so he wouldn’t even look like a de ****, however the simple reality is he doesn’t even need to fight me.
“I want to fight, person. This is among the best moments of my livelihood, I’m able to become world champion and I don’t even want to stay inactive. Ever since dos Anjos really doesn’t even need to fight me, I think tyronwoodley is a excellent fight. I’ve showed time and time again I’m prepared to become champion. ”
”I’ve achieved more than Tyron failed when he first fought for the buckle. I believe that I ’m able to fight him,” Ponzinibbio stated. “I will knock Tyron out and then I’ll struggle for the name and knock Usman out. I is going to be the upcoming welterweight champion in 2019. ”
Ponzinibbio is coming from a dominant fourth-round ending over Magny in his own hometown of Buenos Aires, Argentina, also will be ready to get straight back in the cage from late-April on, but knows that Woodley could need additional hours after a one-sided conquer to Usman earlier this month.
