Period is set for the Previous 16

We are just one week apart from the beginning of the VELUX EHF Champions League knockout phase and the program for the Last 16 has been confirmed.

The very first leg begins on Wednesday 20 Match with a battle involving Rhein-Neckar Löwen and past season’s finalists HBC Nantes.

The remaining five first leg matches take place on the weekend, even with Match of the Week involving H C PPD Zagreb and also H C Vardar on Saturday 23 March.

The 2nd leg is entirely a weekend affair, with four matches on Saturday and two on Sunday, finishing with SG Flensburg-Handewitt vs HC Meshkov Brest on 31 March.

Besides the standard policy of Match of the Week, there will be English opinion in Tom O’Brannagain, Chris O’Reilly and David Bregazzi provided for several Last 16 fixtures for the 1st time on ehfTV.com.
