Miller talked for roughly 3½ minutes before the match faced the Minnesota Timberwolves and asked fans to be on the watch for potential repeats of the yelling match that led Utah to issue fan Shane Keisel a lifetime ban.
“I am excessively disappointed that among our quotation’fans’ ran himself in such a way as to violate not just a guest in our stadium, but also me personally, my family, our organization, the community, our players and you, because the best fans in the NBA,” Miller said.
“This should never happen. We’re not really a racist community. We believe in treating individuals with respect and courtesy as people. Every once in awhile, individual fans exhibit poor behavior and forget their ways and even disrespect players on other teams. When that takes place, I want you to jump up and shout’stop’ We’ve got a code of conduct in this arena. It’s going to probably soon be strictly enforced”
Video of all Westbrook expression,”I’ll f– up you” into Keisel while standing near the close of the Thunder chair throughout the next quarter went viral after getting posted on Twitter. Westbrook said following the match which it was an emotional reaction to Keisel telling him,”Get on your knees like you’re utilized to,” a comment Westbrook considered”totally forgettable” and”racial.”

“Other teams aren’t our opponents. They have been our competition,” Miller said. “Competition can be an excellent thing. It helps players to showcase their own skills plus it lets fans to encourage, love, cheer for and delight in those that share their talents with us”
Earlier , Miller sent a message to fans to the team subscriber list with guidelines to send an email to the stadium if they should see anyone violating the conduct code.
“we don’t let hate language, racism, sexism or homophobia,” the email said. “We also don’t allow disruptive behavior, including bullying, foul or abusive language, or obscene gestures. Violators could be subject to ejection along with other penalties, including a life ban”
The following email to season-ticket holders said the team can revoke those tickets no matter of that is sitting in those seats for a particular match.
