Cristina Ferguson, wife of former interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson, has filed for a restraining order against her husband. MMAJunkie first reported the developing narrative.

Online records show that Cristina Ferguson filed for the controlling order in Orange County Superior Court in on March 1-3. An ex parte hearing has been held on the same day. The courtroom ’s domestic violence prevention services project has scheduled a hunt for March 22. A domestic violence hearing is now scheduled for April 5.

Police are known as the Ferguson home five unique times as January 2018, including three times within the last 30 days. Tony Ferguson wasn’t arrested or charged with committing a crime during any of the situations.

The latest circumstance occurred last Friday when six police units were discharged to his Santa Ana home. Based on law enforcement report, Cristina Ferguson told authorities that she was at her parents house once Tony showed up and chose their old son straight back for their own home and changed the locks to the doors. She said that she did not fear for the protection of the child. After determining that there wasn’t any custody order and a offense hadn’t already been perpetrated, authorities left.

On Feb. 19, authorities conducted a welfare check into Tony Ferguson after his wife and son left your house after Tony allegedly made dangers. Based on the police report, an unidentified woman told authorities that Tony had “maybe not slept for three days and then was ripping apart your home” and “broke apart the fire place and believed some one placed a (computer) processor within his leg. ” An anonymous male told authorities that former champion told him that “some body was inside his walls. ” Cristina Ferguson told authorities that his trainer was unable to convince the fighter to leave your house and see a doctor.

On Feb. 16, Cristina Ferguson called the authorities after departing your home concerned for the partner ’s wellness. She signaled that he hadn’t been unkind to her or other people.
