Michael Bisping will be inducted in the Hall of Fame this summer, it was announced Saturday during the London card. Bisping became the very first British champion if he won the middleweight title in 20-16. The England native has 20 livelihood wins, tied to the second most in history.

The Hall of Fame service will happen July 5 in Las Vegas at a venue to be called. It’s going to broadcast live on Fight Pass. Bisping will be inducted in the Modern Circuit, combining the likes of Ronda Rousey, Urijah Faber, B.J. Penn and Forrest Griffin. The “modern-era ” interrupts fighters who turned expert or after Nov. 17, 2000, are a minimum of 3-5 years old or have already been retired for a year or even longer.

Bisping, 40, retired officially in December 2018 because of an eye injury after toying with the notion of finding its way back to get a farewell bout, even within his home country.
