Chelsea have lodged a complaint with UEFA over racist abuse aimed at Callum Hudson-Odoi throughout the second leg of these Europa League triumph in Dynamo Kiev.
Over the last two minutes of this game last Thursday, Hudson-Odoi has been known to be exposed to monkey chants by a group of home fans.
Chairmen Bruce Buck and team secretary David Barnard also reported it to the UEFA delegate for its game.
“We can confirm a report of racist abuse directed in one of our participants in the last minutes of this game in Kiev by a small portion of home supporters,” a Chelsea statement read.
“We wholeheartedly condemn such behaviour that is unkind “
With the matter a part of both referee’s report also being emphasized to UEFA, the governing body is now set to explore and Chelsea said they would offer whole cooperation.
BBC Sport has contacted UEFA to get further comment.
Hudson-Odoi scored in the match, since Chelsea won 5-0 at the Evening time and 8-0 on aggregate to Establish a Europa League Quarter Final against Slavia Prague.
