Wakefield Trinity prop Craig Kopczak has signed up a new contract before end of the 20 20 campaign.

The former Wales captain, 32, combined Wakefield out of Salford at October and has featured in most six of the Super League matches this season.

Kopczak’s initial deal was expected to expire by the close of this period.

“He’s added a lot to the pack and is a really good guy to have around, so I am delighted he’s long his live,” said Trinity head coach Chris Chester.
