Sterling’s much-publicised social media post pointed to headlines concerning teammates Tosin Adarabioyo and Phil Foden buying houses.

“One of the few good reasons for societal media now could be that you have a voice and you’re able to iNFLuence people,” Rose added.
“Today it isn’t only boys at the dressing room speaking about the press targeting Raheem, the public have now seen it. We expect it changes but it doesn’t affect Raheem in any way, which we all have been thankful for.”
Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is at Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the first time for those fixtures. The 18-year-old faced alleged racist abuse when playing for Chelsea in Dynamo Kiev at the Europa League on Thursday.

“I had been just reading this morning about what Callum choose to go ,” Rose added. “It won’t be solved immediately.
“There’ll undoubtedly be one or two further cases in the future before we return to a remedy. I wouldn’t like to say I don’t possess faith in the government to deal with it because would be worrying nonetheless it’s miserable. I hope Callum hasn’t been affected by it if ever he needs to talk, I’m here.”
