A record nine countries have told Fifa that they want to host the 20 23 Women’s World Cup.
A combined bid to get the championship might also be made by North and South Korea.
World football’s governing body said each Football Association had before 16 April this year to fill its bidding enrollment.
“Fifa will implement a reasonable and transparent procedure, which will include a very clear evaluation version in addition to a definite commitment to sustainability and individual rights,” said a statement.
“The result of each ballot and the related votes by the members of the Fifa Council is going to be open and made public”
England will host the next Women’s European Championship in 2021, having become the only bidder.
The 20-19 World Cup happens in France between 7 June and 7 July.
