RISING SUN, Ind. — Former NFL cornerback Adam”Pacman” Jones has accepted a plea agreement following his arrest at a southeastern Indiana casino.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Jones initially faced charges including battery, cheating at gaming and resisting arrest.

Court records reveal additional cheating charges were filed Thursdayin June. Prosecutor Lynn Deddens told that the newspaper these were dismissed within their plea, which has to be approved by a judge.

Jones’ attorney, David Zerbe, declined to comment.

Jones was arrested in February in the Growing Star Casino in Rising Sun, Indiana, about 25 miles southwest of Cincinnati.

Even the 35-year-old is accused to become verbally combative and helpless following agents were called to explore possible cheating.

Jones spent ten seasons with all an Cincinnati Bengals, also played the Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys.
