Chelsea’s Millie Bright and Also Manchester City’s Jill Scott have returned into the England squad for next month’s friendly matches against Canada and Spain.

Defender Bright, midfielder Scott and Reading midfielder Jade Moore missed on the SheBelieves Cup win earlier this month as a result of injury.

City goal keeper Ellie Roebuck is also in Phil Neville’s 25-player squad.

England face Canada at Manchester City on Friday, 5 April prior to hosting Spain at Swindon Town on Tuesday, 9 April.

Both matches are part of England’s’Road into France Series’ and you will be broadcast live on the BBC.

The match against Canada – who are fifth in Fifa’s world rankings, 1 place behind England – can take place at City’s 7,000-capacity Academy Stadium and it is already sold out.

Head coach Neville said:”We are excited about playing in the front of our fans in different regions of the country once again.

“Our service is equally brilliant. The lovers have endorsed us hopefully we are able to put on a great show.

“We are expecting two tough matches but we will need to be tested as we measure up our trainings for your summer.

“Winning the SheBelieves Cup was fantastic however we’re now looking to improve and push on further.

“As ever, picking the squad was very tough as a result of strength and depth of talent in our ranks.

“We’ve got four games before flying to France and I wish to emphasise that the door isn’t closed to any player with aspirations of creating the World Cup squad.”

Bright, 25, also Moore, 28, and Scott, 3 2, all missed on the SheBelieves Cup win in order to manage their fitness before the World Cup which starts on June.

England will even host Denmark on Saturday, 25 May at Walsall before the visit of New Zealand on Saturday, 1 June at Brighton and Hove Albion.
