The Philadelphia Eagles obtained running back Jordan Howard from the Chicago Bears on Thursday night, the Eagles announced.

The Bears will find yourself a sixth-round pick in 2020 that can grow to be a fifth-round choice, a team source tells ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Howard, who’s entering the last season of the original rookie contract in an average salary of $2.02 million, hurried for 935 yards and 9 touchdowns last season. In addition, he caught 20 passes for 145 yards.

Even a fifth-round pick in 2016, Howard made the Pro Bowl in his rookie season after racing for 1,313 yards on 252 efforts — a mean of 5.2 yards per carry — while still scoring seven total touchdowns. He followed up with the other 1,122 racing yards and eight TDs in 2017.

Howard, 2-4, struggled to squeeze into Matt Nagy’s crime in 2018 and saw that his average plummet to 3.7 yards per carry last season.
