JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jaguars running Leonard Fournette was arrested Thursday afternoon after a traffic stopped and charged with knowingly driving with a suspended or revoked permit, accordingto Jacksonville prison documents.
After spending significantly less than half an hour at the Duval County 20, fournette paid a $ 1,508 bond and was discharged.
The Jaguars released an announcement in that they said they know Fournette’s”position,” are collecting extra details and would have no further comment at the time.
Fournette has been mentioned for driving 12 mph over the posted speed limit, which completed a nice that was 204. Court records reveal he failed to pay the fine and the case has been delivered to a collection service on March 18.
In a suspended permit, failure results in Florida.
This really may be the most recent trouble for Fournette, who had been facing questions about his maturity after having a year old.
The fourth overall choice in 2017, fournette, missed 1 / 2 and six games with the perfect hamstring injury at the first eight weeks of the 2018 season of two others and there was frustration inside the company about the amount of his absence. The Jaguars built their offense around a power run match that had trouble functioning consistently without him on the field.
Fournette was suspended without pay for a game for leaving the seat and fighting Buffalo Bills defensive lineman Shaq Lawson during the Jaguars’ 24-21 loss at Buffalo on Nov. 25. Fournette said he raced across the field because he watched Lawson push Carlos Hyde and WIShed to defend his teammate.
Right after that Fournette was told by the Jaguars they certainly were voiding the guaranteed money staying in his contract as punishment, a movement that Fournette has escalated together using the NFL.
