Authorities are investigating the incident in the tunnel in Oakwell after Barnsley’s League One match against Fleetwood.

The tweet has been deleted.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said:”We’re aware of some thing which has happened in the tunnel after the game and we are investigating.”

Barnsley said they were “assisting the police with its own enquiries”.
