The Buffalo Bills are trading wide receiver Zay Jones to the Raiders for a 2021 fifth-round pick, sources told ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.

Jones, in his third year with the Bills, has seven receptions for 69 yards this season but wasn’t targeted in Sunday’s win against the Titans.

Bills coach Sean McDermott was asked about the receiver at his Monday news conference.

“He just has to continue to do his job,” McDermott said. “You saw guys compete at a high level yesterday. We made some, I thought, some really good plays at the wide receiver position and Zay is a guy that continues to grow and I think he’s still young in his career. He’ll continue to do a good job as he continues to grow and focus on what he can control and I really appreciate the way he took a team first approach yesterday.”

Jones, 24, was drafted in the second round of the 2017 NFL draft out of East Carolina. He has 90 career receptions for 1,037 yards and 9 touchdowns.
